Tickets
Guest tickets will be used for the May ceremony.
There is a limit of 10 (ten) tickets per graduation candidate.
Students can pick up guest tickets at the Convocation Center Ticket Office (Entrance 2) on Monday, May 5th thru Friday, May 9th from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
If you are unable to pick up your guest tickets on the date listed above you can e-mail commencement@niu.edu BY 6 p.m. May 9th to request tickets be held at the Convocation Center Ticket Office for pickup during regular business hours: M-F, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. or on the ceremony day. In your email, you must include your name, college, and requested number of guest tickets (up to 10).
After May 9th, if you haven't picked up your guest tickets or asked for them to be held via e-mail at commencement@niu.edu, we will assume that you do not want your guest tickets and they will no longer be available to you.
We do not anticipate that there will be extra tickets available. For more information on possible extra tickets please follow the instructions on the Frequently Asked Questions page under the heading guests.
The ceremonies will be professionally videotaped and streamed live on the Internet. Copies of the ceremonies will be available for purchase on both VHS and DVD formats. Details are available at www.media.niu.edu/media/video/commencement.shtml.
