The Conversions team is responsible for the load-in, set-up, and tear-down of all events. This includes basketball, gymnastics, wrestling, cheerleading, concerts, comedians, trade shows, conferences, and more. They set up the courts, stages, lights, backdrops, sets, catering spaces, dressing rooms, and more for all of our events. These individuals have the opportunity to work side-by-side with sound, lighting, engineering, and other industry professionals who often travel the country touring with artists such as John Mayer, Bill Cosby, Grease, Brooks & Dunn, and others.

Nobody says it is easy work! For the average concert, this team arrives as early as 4am to begin setting up for a show and is often on-site until 4 or 5am packing it down. Check out 24 Hours at the Convo for a peek into just one day in the exciting lives of our Conversions team.
